Michael’s take

Living in Horton Bank Top, honestly

This is honest, well-built Bradford: through-terraces and bay-fronted semis on the streets off Beldon Lane and Ascot Drive, with the country opening up as you climb towards the top. Buyers get more house for their money here than almost anywhere within the same distance of the city.

I have sold on Poplar Grove, Ascot Drive, Old Road, Gregory Crescent, Beldon Lane, Fairway and Windermere Road, so I can tell you what a street actually achieves rather than what a portal estimate thinks it might. Ask me before you set a price.

Want the street-by-street version? Call me, no pressure, no jargon.
