Do I need estate agency experience?
No. Plenty of our best people came from other walks of life. If you’re good with people and willing to learn, the training, tools and mentorship will get you there.
How much can I earn?
It’s uncapped and commission-based, so it’s genuinely up to you: many of our agents turn over £100,000+ a year, on top of the potential of eXp’s revenue-share model. It’s not a guaranteed salary; what you earn reflects what you put in.
Is this really self-employed?
Yes. You run your own business, set your own hours and own your own brand, with our software, leads, support and the eXp network behind you so you’re never doing it alone.
Where can I work?
Agents can be based anywhere in the UK. The software, phone number and support all work wherever you are.
