Michael’s take

Living in Sandy Lane, honestly

It is easy to drive through Sandy Lane and miss it, which is part of the appeal for the people who live here. Quiet streets, a good school and open country a minute away, without the price tag of the bigger-name villages.

Because so few homes come up, the ones that do get real attention when they are launched properly. A quiet listing here is a wasted opportunity.

Want the street-by-street version? Call me, no pressure, no jargon.
