Michael’s take

Living in Hipperholme, honestly

The school is the headline, and it shapes the market: family buyers arrive with a catchment map and a deadline. Around it sit some genuinely handsome period homes and well-built newer family housing.

Timing matters here more than most places. Launching in step with the school year, and being ready before the buyers start looking, is worth real money on a Hipperholme sale.
